You will receive an email if you are close to your maximum storage. You free storage by cleaning up unused files or decide to go to a higher hosting plan.
If the maximum storage is exceeded the administration calculate automatically €3 for the next GB of storage.

Yes, we offer a large library of templates you can choose from. We do this mainly to give you inspiration about looks and functionalities you want for your website. We normally build all websites from scratch and only use the free template/framework Hello Elementor or Kava. If you decide you want to use a template we start from there and customize it to make it yours.
We try to keep the number of licenses to a bare minimum. Standard we only use Elementor pro and Crocoblock plugin collection. These plugins will cover everything you need and keep the license costs low. We don’t use pre made templates which require a licenses like Astra Pro.
It is not recommended to cancel any of the licenses. Your website become more vulnerable to attacks and exploits. Also, you will loose certain functionally to update your content if this is created with a licensed plugin.

Yes, in the client administration you can cancel your account at any time. Our subscription is monthly terminable and affected date is the 3rd of the month. If you cancel before the 3rd next month the subscription is cancelled. After the 3rd it takes a month more.
We will get informed by our security system and act directly on it. We will restore the website to it previous condition and going to investigate how those hackers gained access. If you don’t have a security and maintenance package you can submit a ticket through the client area and we will respond as soon as possible.
